Upcoming Meeting!

Hey everyone! Sorry for the lack of site upkeep lately. We will do better in the future I promise!. We just wanted to remind you that our next meeting is this Wednesday at 6PM. We hope you all will attend because we will be talking about a topic for our future support group meetings. Lynne from dietary will be our special guest speaker this month. As always, Dr. P will be there to field any questions as well as Chad from Guidant talking our the leads. We hope to see you all there and can not wait to talk to you!
